...and we are proud to work with you! Our team is composed of talented machine operators, attentive customer service reps, detailed administrators, and a management group that is honored to represent them:

• JIM HORTON (CEO): An attorney and former municipal judge, Jim brings experience as a college athlete, savvy investor, and entrepreneur to our flight deck.
   
• ALAN BRUCE (President): Alan had a love of aircraft since youth, graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy as an aeronautical engineer. Throughout a flying career, his experiences have included time as an Air Force flight instructor, B-52 pilot, business owner, and multi-industry operations consultant. He joined EWJ in February 2008.
   
• TOM WATTS (Executive VP): Providing quoting and aerospace expertise for over 25 years, Tom pursues each day at EWJ with passion. He has performed every fabrication and machine process and is appreciated by employees and customers alike as a knowledgeable and respected industry icon. Tom oversees quality issues and manages quote preparation with the assistance of TIM WINKELMAN.
   
• TOM KELLEHER (VP of Production): As head of the machining and sheet metal production teams, Tom takes personal responsibility with KYLE ANDERSON (Production Manager) for getting your order through the shop and for navigating any production snags that arise.
   
• DEBORAH O'SULLIVAN (VP of Customer Relations): Overseeing Document Control and Customer Service functions, Deb will manage your quotes, drawings, and order paperwork. She is assisted by MELINDA NEMETH and her customer service team, as well as SUNNY McCANN in our Min-Max area.
   
• VICKIE KELLEHER (Head of HR and Accounting): Vickie has over twenty-four years managing our employee force and internal accounting. GAYLON JONES assists her with management of purchasing and procurement.
