From our beginnings in Emmett Johnson's garage in 1974, EWJ has served major aircraft manufacturers like Boeing and Lockheed-Martin with the fabrication of aircraft components and precision parts. We are able to provide:

We have continued to improve on our responsiveness and capabilities. In addition to 5-axis Mazak parts of up to 260-in length, EWJ is capable of 3-axis machining on parts up to 158in x 20in x 19in. In-house assembly is geared up to handle through “Type 3”. Our 4ft x 12ft CMM is available to check and certify these larger machined parts.

Our new sister-company facility at API (Aerospace Processing Inc.) gives us turn-key capability for “large drop-oven” aluminum heat treatment, chemical processing, painting, and non-destructive testing. By being able to quote everything “in-house” we are able to benefit you with better turn-arounds, reduced handling costs and minimized expedite fees.
